Whether and elegant wedding or an informal reception, Station Menus are fun and offer your guests an exciting eating experience with a variety of tastes and flavors to choose from. As guests look on, our uniformed Chef’s cook from behind each station. Your menu selections are served by our wait staff from sparking silver chafing dishes and bowls ~ each station is beautifully decorated.

Salad Station

Tantalizing crispy Romaine, Baby Field Greens and flavorful Red Leaf Lettuce, Cherry Tomato halves, chilled peeled Cucumber slivers, homemade Croutons, thinly sliced red onion, marinated button mushrooms, and imported olives
Red wine vinaigrette~ our own Caesar dressing ~ and mustard French dressing

 

Grill Station

Top Sirloin Steaks with bleu cheese Madeira sauce
Seared Caribbean Tuna with pineapple Sam bul

Seasonal potato and vegetable

 

Pasta Station

Mixed Seafood Ravioli
with lemon parsley sauce

tomato basil penne in a spinach ricotta sauce with prosciutto
